A $100.00 deposit is required per entertainer booked. A $50.00 deposit for a charactergram.

Your deposit is lost in full if you cancel the event. It can be used if the event date is changed with at least 14 days notice.

The deposit will need to be paid by the date given at the time of booking to secure the date, otherwise the date is released to other clients. You will receive a courtesy call/text and email when your deposit is due. To discuss payment options contact our office on 1300 544 403.

Payment options include: cash on the day, EFT 4 days prior to the event and credit card (2% surcharge)4 days prior to the event.

Parking fees and travel charges may apply depending on your location and parking availability. Please ensure parking is available with suitable access for our entertainers.

Additional children and alterations on our standard package needs to be confirmed with our office so we ensure enough time to treat children

We require a table approx 80cmx80cm and dining height and two chairs.

Please note that prices will vary depending on the length of booking and the number of entertainers for larger events.

All our entertainers are female.

Shade or indoor area required for entertainers and to protect products like face paint.

Music is provided, however we require a power outlet. We can provide a battery operated stereo on request.

Kids Entertainment Sydney holds no responsibility for sensitivity to any products used.

We use well known brands like TAG, Global and Cameleon for face painting. These products are reputable and suitable for sensitive skin and hypoallergenic.

All brushes are washed and cleaned between jobs for hygiene reasons.

All entertainers will arrive 15mins prior to the start of the event for set up.

Due to demand and multiple bookings in one day, our timing is very important as we often have to leave immediately to get to another event. For this reason the start time needs to be adhered to, we can wait a maximum of 5 minutes for guests to arrive before starting.

Throughout the event, entertainers will often take images that will be stored on our database to be used on our web page and for promotional content. If you do not wish for photos to be taken please inform us beforehand.

Public holidays/long weekends will incur a fee.

We have our own public liability.

All our entertainers have the latest ‘working with children’ check.

Please be aware that all correspondence and package information will be via email. We will reply to your party enquiries, booking requests and deposit confirmation by email. Please be sure to check your inbox and junk mail to avoid disappointment and missing out on your preferred booking date.
